Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

quoting your order number. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please Note: Any expenses relating to the return of your product will normally have to be paid by the customer.

Damages and issues with your order
Please inspect your order upon
receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refund Exclusions / non-returnable items

 We may not offer you a refund, replacement or repair if you:

  1. Got what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it

  2. Misused a product in any way that caused the problem

  3. Knew of or were made aware of the faults before you bought the product

  4. Asked for a service to be done in a certain way against the advice of the business or were unclear about what you wanted

Certain types of items cannot be returned, these include:

  1. Custom products

  2. Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  3. Gift Vouchers

  4. Cut lengths (Wire, Rope, shock cord, webbing Etc.)

  5. Sale items

Special Order Products

Please note that Special Order Non-stock items may be subject to a restocking fee equal to the greater of $20 or 15% of the purchase price

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
